These classes are 1hr of free play and 15 minutes of structured singing and dancing and encourage the children to develop their natural instinct to explore their environment.

Baby's & Toddlers 0-3yrs

£3.50 per Family PAY & PLAY

Each of the classes is 1hr 15minutes and run in conjunction with local school terms. They feature a parent or carer as a passive OR active participant and play partner for the child.

For Little Tickety’s, their senses are inundated from the moment they enter the room with the sounds, sights and textures of Tickety-Boo land, with plenty of props available to stimulate and help develop their natural instincts to explore their environment.

For Tickety-Tots there are ride ons, puzzle corner, music corner, soft play, slides & trampoline.

For the parent or carer there is a choice of Tea or Coffee and a Juice is available for the children, it is a great opportunity for the parents and carers to meet in a safe and stimulating environment for the children and meet new friends.

Pre School Dance Programme 21/2-4yrs

The Pre-school Dance Curriculum aims to capture and nurture young children’s instinctive joy of movement and freedom of expression. It is designed to enable children to participate in dance activities that are developmentally appropriate, helping to facilitate the learning of dance skills at a later age.

The goals for the Pre-school Dance Curriculum are:

•   To enhance children’s movement abilities and physical fitness

•   To aid children in becoming physically and spatially aware

•   To stimulate children’s listening skills

•   To encourage children to move expressively

•   To build children’s confidence and self esteem

•   To encourage children to become co-operative and sociable

The content of the class is therefore non prescriptive, i.e. there are no set exercises to follow. To help stimulate the creative process, themes are provided within each level along with the use of props.

The Pre School Dance Programme is in conjunction with Arabesque School of Dance using the Royal Academy of Dance Pre School Curriculum.
