Bouncy Tickety-Boo

Tickety-Boo is a family owned business that supplies high quality bouncy castles for children up to the age of 11, we also have an adult Bouncy Boxer and Adult Bouncy castle for those big kids that also want to have a bounce and settle an argument in a fantastic fun way.

We are friendly, prompt and most importantly reliable.

We supply castles for hire in Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham & parts of Coventry & Warwickshire, indoor and outdoor – all year round.

Hire a bouncy castle from us and everything is supplied within the price. All prices quoted include delivery, set up, safety checks and collection.

No Deposit required for bouncy castle hire pay cash on the day or cheque in advance

All Bouncy Castles are BRAND NEW Spring 2008 and made to the highest quality standards by the UK's largest manufacturer of bouncy castles

Tickety-Boo staff are all CRB checked and a qualified driver will deliver erect and dismantle all the equipment, we can also have a uniformed member of staff available for your party or fete for an additional fee

All equipment is covered by a major insurer for your safety and satisfaction and a copy of the policy can be made available

our stock is always growing so if you dont see something you wish to hire just ask, it may well be available

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

The terms listed below are there to help your children have a fun time and to ensure their safety. Please read and follow the safety and rental instructions, use your own common sense and have a great time! A full copy of our terms will be supplied on the day for you to sign, our castles cannot be hired out unless you agree to these terms.

1. The hirer must be over the age of 18 and will be held fully liable for any loss or damage of equipment.
2. The hirer is responsible for the safety of the inflatable and the people on it.
3. The equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
4. The hirer must not allow anyone to sit on the sides, climb, swing or hang on the walls or beams of the inflatable. All extreme boisterous behaviour must be stopped. This is for their own safety.
5. No person over the age of 11 is permitted to use the inflatable. This is a manufacturer’s safety guideline.Only the Adult castles and Bouncy Boxer are suitable for people over the age of 11.
6. The inflatable must not be overloaded. It is also advised that children of mixed age groups should not be on the inflatable together.
7. Footwear or any other hard, sharp or dangerous objects which could cause damage to other children or the inflatable must be removed (eg. Badges, pens, glasses, purses)
8. Food or drink is not permitted on the inflatable.
9. Party poppers, face paints and silly string are not permitted on the inflatable as they cause permanent damage. The cost of any damage will be charged to the hirer.
10. Persons on medication are not permitted on the inflatable.
11. Should the equipment fail for any reason, all children should be removed immediately to prevent injury or damage to the equipment.
12. No unauthorised person(s) shall move or interfere with any of the equipment.

FAQ
1. How much space do I need to accommodate a bouncy castle?

This depends on the size of the inflatable you hire but as a general rule you should allow for an additional 3ft wider and 5ft longer than the size of the inflatable itself. If you intend to have the inflatable set up inside a hall you will need to ensure that the ceiling height is at least 10ft. The ground itself needs to be fairly level and free from any debris, sharp objects and pet poo!!

2. How long does it take to set up the inflatable?

On average it takes 20 minutes to set up and make the safety checks.

3. What happens on the day?

We shall arrive and discuss with you the best position for the inflatable to be set up. All the equipment will be unloaded and we shall set up the inflatable accordingly. All of our inflatables are powered by electric blowers and extension leads which are supplied by us. Safety is paramount and we shall ensure that the inflatable is secure and carry out full safety checks. You will be asked to make payment and sign a “Terms and Conditions of Hire” document – you will be provided with a copy of the document which also provides our contact telephone numbers should you experience any problems.

4. How do I make payment?

We currently accept payment by cash payable upon delivery, you can pay by cheque but this must be recieved in advance to allow time to be cashed. We do not require a deposit.

5. Is there a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fee is charged if the booking is cancelled prior to delivery.

6.  What happens in poor weather conditions?

You are able to use the inflatable during periods of light showers and most of our inflatables come with shower covers. We keep regular checks on current weather conditions and if we feel that there is likely to be heavy rain or extreme wind on the day of your event, we shall contact you before delivery to discuss with you.

7. Do Tickety-Boo have any insurance?

We hold public liability insurance with a major insurance company and are members of the BIHA (British Inflatable Hirers Alliance).

Tickety-Boo castles cannot be used in heavy rain or wind, some have a rain cover for light showers. All are suitable for indoors dependent upon cieling height, please check with your hall before booking.
