We bring the whole thing to your hall or your front room — your Tickety-Boo entertainer on the microphone from the first minute to the last, a superhero story running underneath it all, and games the children will still be talking about in the car on the way home.

⭐ What makes this a Superhero party
Fly Like A Superhero. The one they remember. Two teams, and a child lies flat on a dolly board while two grown-ups take an end each — one launches, one catches, turns them round and sends them flying back, twenty or thirty feet at a time. An adult is in control at both ends throughout. Six and seven year olds usually want to power themselves along with their hands and race the other team instead, so that is what they do.
Spider vision. The treasure hunt runs in superhero language — spider vision switched on, the room swept, every child in on it.
A superhero castle that fits your room. We own our castles rather than hiring them in, so we bring the one that suits your space — the 25ft Superhero Fun Run obstacle course, the superhero side slide, or a standard themed castle where the room is smaller. Tell us your venue and we will bring the right one.
The racing game. Two teams, hopping through the hoops on our hobby horses, with the dads sent up first to demonstrate — which is usually the funniest two minutes of the afternoon.

Some children want the front, the microphone and every eye on them. Others find that the worst thing imaginable. Both are completely normal and we have seen both a thousand times.
Tell us when you book if you have any worries — shyness, anxiety, Autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, anything at all. We adapt the pace, the volume and how we bring them in.
Two of our own children have Autism and ADHD, so this is personal rather than a policy line. We would always rather have that conversation before the day than on it.

❓ Questions parents ask
What do I need to provide?
The venue and the food. That is genuinely it. We bring the entertainment, the disco, the castle, the games, the props and the medals. You will need a standard mains socket, and room for the castle if you are having one.
How much space do you need?
It depends which castle we bring, which is why we ask about your room. A standard themed castle is 15ft by 11ft, the side slide is 19ft wide, and the Fun Run obstacle is 25ft long — and every one of them needs 3ft of safety matting at each end plus room for the blower down one side, so measure the floor, not the castle. Fly Like A Superhero wants a clear run of about 30ft. Send us your hall or garden dimensions and we will tell you which castle fits, or whether the entertainment-only version suits you better.
Is Fly Like A Superhero safe?
Yes. A grown-up controls each end of the run at all times — one sending, one receiving — and the children go one at a time with everybody else cheering from the side. Older children usually self-propel and race instead. If a child would rather not, they cheer, and nobody makes anything of it.
Can we have Spiderman at the party?
Yes — any live character is £95 for 30 minutes. It depends on availability on your date, so ask when you book and tell us which character you are after. Headed mascots are a different thing and cost £40 for 20 minutes.
My child is shy. Will they hate it?
Usually the opposite, but we never force it. Shy at home very often means something quite different once the music is on. If they want to watch for the first twenty minutes that is absolutely fine — they join in when they are ready, and they almost always do.
What about the deposit and paying the balance?
A £20 deposit secures your date. The balance is payable on the day by card, cash or BACS. No booking fee.
Can somebody in our family wear the mascot costume?
Yes, and that is the £25 surprise mascot. It is cheaper than having one of our team wear it because we are already at your party, so there is no journey to pay for. Any of our headed mascots — tell us which one when you book. Two things to know: the costumes fit somebody 5ft 3in to 6ft of small to medium build, and we ask that another grown-up walks alongside them, because the heads have very little vision. Most families run the reveal themselves, and the birthday child usually enjoys that more than a stranger in a suit.
