The Questions Parents Ask First

How many children can come, and what does it cost?
£450 for up to 20 children, then £3 for each extra child up to 50. As a guide: 10–15 might be too few, 20–30 is ideal, 40 is busy and 50 is manic. The £450 covers up to 20 even if fewer come.
What food is included?
Hot dogs (pork, or halal on request) or sandwiches (one cheese and one jam each), plus crisps, a chocolate bar, popcorn, cucumber sticks and squash. Tea and coffee for the grown-ups can be added for 75p per child booked, or drinks are £1 a cup on the day.
What times can we book?
Two hours. The slots are 10am–12pm, 12:30–2:30pm, 3–5pm and 5:30–7:30pm. On Stay & Play Sundays the 10am–12pm slot is taken, and the other three run as normal.
Where is it, and is there parking?
The LAYCA Centre, Stretton Road, Shirley, Solihull B90 2PZ. In the grounds of Light Hall School — use B90 2PZ in your sat-nav and the left-hand gate. Parking is free and right outside.
Our child has additional needs. Will it work for them?
Yes, and it matters to us personally — two of our own children have Autism and ADHD. We adapt pace, volume and activities around the children actually coming. Tell us when you book and we will build the party around them.
What about allergies?
Tell us when you confirm final numbers and we will cater for them. We work to a documented food-safety and allergen system based on the FSA fourteen-allergen framework, and our food handlers are Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene trained.

Dates Don’t Suit? We Can Come To You
You provide the venue — we bring the entertainment. A Tickety-Boo mobile party at your chosen hall, home or venue across the West Midlands. Mobile parties are quoted separately and do not include the venue, food or decorations.
How Booking Works
1. Choose your date to see the available party times.
2. Select your time and continue.
3. Enter your details and choose your party theme.
4. Complete your booking and pay the £75 deposit to secure your date and time.
Your booking is secured once the £75 deposit has been paid, and the deposit comes off the total. Final numbers, food choices, extras and any allergies or additional needs are confirmed by the Tuesday of your party week. The balance is paid on the day.

The Ultimate Stay & Play
Same Room. One Sunday A Month. From £5.
The hall is dressed once for the whole day, so a family paying a few pounds walks into the exact room another family pays £450 for. Balloon arch up, red carpet down, full disco, bouncy castle, soft play and mascots. Not a taster — the complete setup, shared with other families.
Babies, toddlers and older brothers and sisters all together, on purpose. Two hours, 10am until 12pm.

Spaces are limited and once a session is full, it is full. Grown-ups are free with every child, so the whole family can come.
Which One Do You Need?
Two pages, because what a parent with a baby wants to know is nothing like what a parent with a four year old wants to know.
Brothers, sisters and extra grown-ups are added during booking.
🎂 Birthday coming up? Plenty of families come to a Stay & Play, have a proper look at the place, and book their party on the way out. Grandparents and friends are very welcome too — most of our party bookings come from somebody who saw us first.
