⚔ The Jedi Training Academy
They fly an X-Wing down the hall to collect their lightsabre. Then the training starts.
Every child arrives a Youngling and leaves a Padawan. Two hours of themed games, lightsabre training, foam blasters and a Death Star attack, with your Tickety-Boo entertainer running the whole thing from the microphone.
Looking for a Star Wars party in Birmingham, Solihull or Sutton Coldfield? This is one of the biggest parties we do.
🛡 Every child gets a Jedi robe and a lightsabre
Every single one — not a few props passed round. Robes on, lightsabres out, and the whole room trains together.
They are handed out for the Jedi games and collected back in before we move on to the next thing, which is how we can kit out thirty children rather than six.

⭐ What makes this a Star Wars party
Fly An X-Wing. The one they talk about afterwards. Flat out on a board, launched down the hall by two grown-ups to collect their lightsabre — one sending, one catching and sending them back, with an adult in control at both ends throughout. The older ones usually power themselves along and race instead, which they prefer anyway.
Blasters. Our foam blaster range brought in as the Han Solo moment, with a proper shooting gallery.
The Jedi Training Academy — lightsabre skills, Death Star Attack with the bubbles, and the Death Star Parachute to finish.
Yoda Says, Space Dust Hunt and Musical Droids — the classics, in Star Wars language from the first minute to the last.
The Star Wars themed bouncy castle, included as standard, plus the playlist: the theme, the Imperial March, Duel of the Fates.
🎉 What's included in your Star Wars Party
🎤 Two hours, hosted start to finishYour Tickety-Boo entertainer on the microphone throughout. A clear start, middle and end, with the pace read off the room rather than a script.
🧵 A robe and lightsabre for every childHanded out for the Jedi training games so the whole room is kitted out, then collected back in.
🎵 The full disco rigLights, LEDs, professional sound and the Star Wars playlist, with a mini disco to finish.
🏰 The themed bouncy castleSix at a time, supervised throughout, and switched off the moment we move to games.
🏅 A medal for every childSweets, the big goodbye and a Tickety-Boo medal each, handed over by name.
🏠 No room for a bouncy castle?
Then we run it as an entertainment-only party and fill the castle time with extra games. Same party, same £350. We own our castles rather than hiring them in, so tell us your room and we will bring the biggest one that fits — or none, and more games instead.
🕒 How your two hours run
1We arrive 30 minutes early and set up. You do not need to help.
2Music on as they arrive, so there is never an awkward empty room.
3Robes on, and straight into the Jedi Training Academy.
4Yoda Says, the Space Dust Hunt and the X-Wing flight.
5Food break just past halfway. You lay it out, we keep the room calm.
6Blasters, lightsabre training and the Death Star attack.
7The Death Star Parachute, with any grown-up who fancies it in the circle.
8Happy Birthday, the mini disco, then medals and the big goodbye.
🎯 The games
Your Star Wars games: Fly An X-Wing · Yoda Says · Space Dust Hunt · Death Star Attack · Blasters · Musical Droids · Death Star Parachute
Plus the Tickety-Boo classics: Egg and Spoon · Mummy and Daddy Wrap · Hokey Cokey · The Bestest Ever Party Game In The World · Musical Bumps · Happy Birthday — and activities adapted to the children and the space.
No knockout games, ever. Nobody is sent to sit down and watch. Doing pass the parcel? Bring the parcel and we will weave it in.
⭐ The birthday child is the star — however they shine best
Some children want the front, the microphone and every eye on them. Others find that the worst thing imaginable. Both are completely normal and we have seen both a thousand times.
Tell us when you book if you have any worries — shyness, anxiety, Autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, anything at all. We adapt the pace, the volume and how we bring them in.
Two of our own children have Autism and ADHD, so this is personal rather than a policy line.

❓ Questions parents ask
Do the children keep the robes and lightsabres?
No — they are ours. They go out for the Jedi games, everybody gets one, and they come back in before the next activity so nothing gets lost or broken under a table. It is how we can kit out a room of thirty rather than hand six props round. The children do keep their Tickety-Boo medal and their sweets.
What do I need to provide?
The venue and the food. We bring the entertainment, the disco, the castle, the robes, the lightsabres, the blasters, the games and the medals. You will need a standard mains socket, and room for the castle if you are having one.
How much space do you need?
It depends which castle we bring, which is why we ask about your room. A standard themed castle is 15ft by 11ft, a side slide is 19ft wide and the Fun Run obstacle is 25ft long — and every one needs 3ft of safety matting at each end plus room for the blower down one side, so measure the floor, not the castle. The X-Wing flight wants a clear run of about 30ft. Send us your dimensions and we will tell you what fits.
Is the X-Wing flight safe?
Yes. A grown-up controls each end of the run at all times — one sending, one receiving — and the children go one at a time with everybody else cheering from the side. Older children usually self-propel and race instead. If a child would rather not, they cheer, and nobody makes anything of it.
Are the blasters suitable for younger ones?
Yes, with a hand. Foam blasters, soft darts, and the five and six year olds often need a grown-up to help them load and aim — which is half the fun and gets the parents involved anyway.
What about the deposit and paying the balance?
A £20 deposit secures your date. The balance is payable on the day by card, cash or BACS. No booking fee.
Can somebody in our family wear the mascot costume?
Yes, and that is the £25 surprise mascot. It is cheaper than having one of our team wear it because we are already at your party, so there is no journey to pay for. Any of our headed mascots — tell us which one when you book. Two things to know: the costumes fit somebody 5ft 3in to 6ft of small to medium build, and we ask that another grown-up walks alongside them, because the heads have very little vision. Most families run the reveal themselves, and the birthday child usually enjoys that more than a stranger in a suit.
Do you cover my area?
Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry and the surrounding West Midlands. Not sure? Ring and ask — you will get a straight answer in about ten seconds.
