Some children want the front, the microphone and every eye on them. Others find that the worst thing imaginable. Both are completely normal and we have seen both a thousand times.
Tell us when you book if you have any worries — shyness, anxiety, Autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, anything at all. We adapt the pace, the volume and how we bring them in.
Two of our own children have Autism and ADHD, so this is personal rather than a policy line. We would always rather have that conversation before the day than on it.

❓ Questions parents ask
What do I need to provide?
The venue and the food. That is genuinely it. We bring the entertainment, the disco, the castle, the games, the props and the medals. You will need a standard mains socket, and room for the castle.
How much space do you need?
It depends which castle we bring, which is why we ask about your room. A standard themed castle is 15ft by 11ft, the side slide is 19ft wide, and the Fun Run obstacle is 25ft long — and every one of them needs 3ft of safety matting at each end plus room for the blower down one side, so measure the floor, not the castle. Send us your hall or garden dimensions and we will tell you which castle fits, or whether the entertainment-only version suits you better.
Which castle will we get?
Whichever fits your room. Our order of preference is the 25ft Fun Run obstacle course, then the side slide, then a standard themed castle — and the standard castles take Velcro panels, so we can often theme it to whatever your child is into. Tell us your room and what they like and we will do our best.
Can we have a theme as well?
You can have a themed party instead — Superhero, Unicorn, Frozen, Princess, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Pirate, KPOP. All the same £350 with the castle. This page is for people who would rather not pick one.
My child is shy. Will they hate it?
Usually the opposite, but we never force it. Shy at home very often means something quite different once the music is on. If they want to watch for the first twenty minutes that is absolutely fine — they join in when they are ready, and they almost always do.
What about the deposit and paying the balance?
A £20 deposit secures your date. The balance is payable on the day by card, cash or BACS. No booking fee.
Can somebody in our family wear the mascot costume?
Yes, and that is the £25 surprise mascot. It is cheaper than having one of our team wear it because we are already at your party, so there is no journey to pay for. Any of our headed mascots — tell us which one when you book. Two things to know: the costumes fit somebody 5ft 3in to 6ft of small to medium build, and we ask that another grown-up walks alongside them, because the heads have very little vision. Most families run the reveal themselves, and the birthday child usually enjoys that more than a stranger in a suit.
